A few times every year we take a hike with my uncle, who lifes near the german-czech border. There are many old and lost villages and you can see many ruines there.
Every tour is very interesting and mostly we are alone, because in this area the population is very low. Sometimes there are a lot of cows eating grass.
One day, we arrived in an czech village named Rybnik, (means „Watersoup“ in german) and we were very surprised about an Event with old car’s an other vehicles.
The Restaurants there are prepared for german visitors and they all speak a bit german and we can pay in Euro’s. The meal is very traditional bohemian, a lot of fat but very fine. Mostly I’m eating garlic soup when I’m there – and my wife doing the same 😉
